Mainit pa ang 7 MILLION PESO SCAM isyu eto naman ang bagong USA SCANDAL. 

Nakaisip ng paraan si Presidenteng Bong Natividad  para makapasyal ng libre sa Amerika kasama ang pamilya.  ANG PCCI ay magpapadala ng aso na mag represent sa Pilipinas sa darating na competition ng Eukanuba Cup sa Amerika at ang napili nilang ipadala ay ang IMPORTED beagle ni Mr Frank Lao at Mr Jermyn Tan na  HOF/AUST CH OROBAY BACK TO REALITY.  Dahil parehong hindi interesado umalis ng bansa ang mga totoong may-ari ng beagle na ito,  nagpagawa ng certification si Mr Natividad kay Joselito "JOJO" Rosales (PCCI Dirty Tricks Department & Corruption Management Head) na ang anak niya (I.M. Natividad) ay  i-declare or idagdag bilang isa din sa mga co-owners ng naturang asong ito at ang sulat na ito ay ipinadala ng PCCI sa AKC.  Dahil dito, sasagutin ng PCCI ang pamasahe at hotel ng anak ni PCCI Corrupt President RONNIE "Bong" NATIVIDAD  para pumunta sa Eukanuba Cup competition sa Amerika sa darating na December bilang may-ari ng aso.  Si Bong naman ay pumunta rin bilang representative ng PCCI sa nasabing occasion, All expenses paid din ng club, na naman! BONGGA talaga si BONG NAT!

 Maliwanag na falsification of PCCI documents na naman ginawa ni Bong kasabwat uli si Jojo Rosales sa kalokohan nagaganap sa PCCI.

Papayag ba kayo?

 

Heto pa, imagine? Ang mag representa sa Pilipinas na aso para sa Eukanuba Cup Dog Show Competition ay ISANG IMPORTED NA ASO from Australia na hindi naman breeding dito sa Pilipinas . . . ??? Tama ba naman yan? PCCI, HELLO ka talaga! Dapat po, TOP PHILIPPINE BRED DOG ang represent natin sa EUKANUBA USA Cup Dog Show. Di po ba? A dog representing the Philippines should be Island Born in this country!!!  Imagine. . . a Philippine representative to a USA DOG SHOW eh IMPORTED AUSTRALIA na Beagle? That is SO DUMB!

 

 

 

An Open Letter to Johnny Filart, Philippine Canine Club Inc (PCCI )Treasurer

Mr. Filart I have read your article in the PCCI Quarterly and I think it’s time to get out of your gilded cage and let’s start calling a spade a spade.

Jesus said, “Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone.” As a lay-minister you surely have not been practicing what you preach.  YOU are a genuine hypocrite.  Quoting your  article in the PCCI Quarterly: “A dog lover who bought more than 140 dogs from abroad, more than half of which had papers that were not accepted by PCCI.  The pedigrees that came in with the dogs were issued by non-affiliates of FCI and AKU from as far as Russian and as close by a Thailand .  Obviously without papers, the progeny are worthless, in the owners’ own words.”  You conveniently failed to mention that the person who imported these dogs was your business partner/pet shop owner Mr. “R” and YOU were the person trying to facilitate the registration of these dogs with the PCCI a few years back but didn’t succeed!    Now you are in the Board you package yourself as a self-righteous inhabitant of this planet championing the cause of the pure-bred dogs when you  breed and sell pom-spitz (Pomeranian x Japanese Spitz crosses).  How long do you think your little secret can be kept that your are actually a dealer of illegally acquired exotic animals and you and your business partner Mr “R” have broken the law many times smuggling these animals into the country?  Now that’s straight from the horse’s mouth from the person you sold rare endangered turtles to, only for him to find out the papers your provided were falsified all along.  He is willing to testify to this fact if you insist because it is completely true.  You deposited his check and he has all the papers from you to prove it.

You openly criticize the AKCUP throwing everything at them including the kitchen sink.  Why?  The PCCI as the dominant club doesn’t have to resort to these cheap crab mentality tactics.  The PCCI is the ONLY dog club in the WORLD who prohibits its members from participating in other dogs clubs.  First world countries including the United States & Japan have several competing dog clubs and they are co-existing together peacefully and nobody is sanctioning anybody, haven’t you heard of freedom of choice, free enterprise or simply freedom to enjoy the dog sport without your kind breathing down every dog owner’s neck?  Is it perhaps because the AKCUP is doing something right that got you all fired up?  Are they cutting into your profits and it hurts so bad?  Remember your stint as President of the long extinct guinea pig club where your competitors were ostracized?  Anyone who didn’t buy guinea pigs from you were not welcomed in your club. You always bad mouthed your competitors whose only sin was not patronizing your own “Johannbernhaus Caviary”. You were always the judge at your shows and only animals bought from you won.  Naturally people saw you for what you really are and your club folded up months  before it’s first birthday may it R.I.P.  Now you peddle this same crab mentality in the PCCI and it is destined to suffer the same faith as your long demised guinea pig club.  If you are the astute businessman as you proclaim yourself to be, you would know the basic principle that competition produces  efficiency & quality, sad to say the PCCI has neither.  That’s why a new club was formed because dog owners have given up hope trying to correct a system so fatally flawed that it is much easier to start a new club. Have you heard of the Lehman Brothers?  Such a strong institution backed by 125 years of experience could fall due to one wrong investment.  Much more for a small dog club with hardly any competition for the last 45 years, all it will take is one stupid & greedy administration to sink the whole ship.

 “A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty”.  A simple doctrine of the law but not in your books.  You openly criticized the past administrations accusing them of crimes against the club, against you and against all of humanity but it is only based solely on rumors and up to this day no formal charges have been filed. After three years, all the big talk, saber rattling and witch hunting amounted to a big ZERO. There were insinuations that an under the table deal had been struck by the administration and the accused.  In your dirty little mind you took it upon yourself to be judge, jury and prosecutor condemning the past administrations with no hard evidence but only your word against theirs.  Surely you and your cohorts in the present administration have more to offer in terms of hard evidence of the corruption within the PCCI . 

Your own blood relative and current PCCI president Bong Natividad admitted publicly that over seven (7) Million pesos mysteriously disappeared from the coffers of the club under your own watchful eyes and only one sucker agreed to be the FALL GUY and allegedly admitted to the crime against all the improbability that no one else dipped their hand into the cookie jar.  For how long will this sucker/sacrificial lamb keep his mouth shut? Only time will tell. 

Do you remember your stint as consultant of Philippine Airlines when it was under the control of the Cojuangco group?  Did Mrs. Filart know what happens behind the closed doors of the private parties YOU organized with the PAL flight attendants?  Want more of the deep dark secrets you thought were carefully hidden and long forgotten? Eto ang dahilan kaya ayaw ipakita ni DINKY ang financial statements. Sa laki ng gastos ni DINKY na umabot ng P38,706,839.00 million pesos  ang kinita sa 2006 ay P34,243,571.00 million pesos, NAPAKA LAKI NA NG KINITA PERO MAS MALAKI PA ANG KANYANG GINASTOS?!? Walang kabusugang pagnanakaw na ito! Di kaya sustentuhan ang gastos sa PAGNANAKAW ni DINKY AND HIS GROUP..  Kahit sabihin binayaran niya lahat ang utang ng PCCI sa bangko P3 Million lang po ito, ano na ang nangyari sa P35,000,000.00 Million na iba pang ginastos!  Isa sa mga gastos ni Dinky na malaki ay ang mga committee expenses niya na umabot ng P3,112,006.00 million pesos. Mas madaming meetings mas malaki ang kita ng directors.  Bawat punta nila sa PCCI office may P500 pa sila gas allowance.  Si Atty Jose Dino na kaibigan ni DINKY ay binayaran ng P1 Million sa serbisyo niya sa loob ng dalawang buwan lang. Madami siyang siningil sa club na walang recibo o supporting documents. Pati abogago ng PCCI  ay tinaga ang club! Magkano ang cut mo dito DINKY? Nagkaroon pa ng isyu tungkol sa unauthorized fake reimbursements ni DINKY sa mga organisasyons tulad ng CARA at PAWS na hindi naman sila nakipagkita  pero nagningil si DINKY sa representation expenses. (See http://www.geocities.com/ pccinews/pcci.html ) Bumili si El Presidenteng La Traidora DINKY ng dalawang condo units na ang ahente ay kapatid niya mismo,  sa halagang P2.2 Million pero ang asking price lang ay P2 Million.  Nagbayad sila ng P3 million para ipasemento  ang PCCI Hall parking lot at ang contractor ay anak ng director!  May ibang nag submit ng bid para igawa ang parking lot for only P1.2M  at kumpleto na yan pati drainage & cementing of the area pero naibigay ang kontrata sa anak ng director na halos doble ang siningil!!! Baket???. Ginamit nila ang PCCI Activity center para gatasan ang Club.  DINKY like a thief in the night you squandered P38 Million pesos sa first year in office mo. Nawili ka dahil madami pera ang club inapura mong gastusin lahat habang nandiyan ka pa. Sabi mo "mayaman" ka? Gawain ba ng totoong mayayaman ang mangurakot?
 

Sa receivables ng PCCI may P1,143,144.00 million pesos advances to officers!!!  Ang kakapal naman ng PCCI Directors!!! Bakit pa sila kumukuha ng advances sa club wala ba silang sariling pera? BAWAL po yan!!!  At dahil nasa receivables pa eto ibig sabihin hindi pa eto binabalik sa club.  May advances to suppliers na P558,502.00  di ba uso ngayon ang payment terms or buy now pay later schemes sa mga suppliers? Bakit po ang PCCI, wala pa ang produkto at mga serbisho, nauuna pang MAG-BAYAD NG FULL PAYMENT sa mga suppliers na ito, hindi ba directors din naman ang suppliers (Kamag-Anaks Incorporated)?

Palibhasa hindi nila ito pera kaya ok lang. Kaya pala! Naglakbay kung saan saan ang mga directors kaya ang travel expenses halos umabot ng isang million piso sa 2006 at ganun din sa 2007.. Kaya salamat po sa inyong lahat, nagpapaYAMAN po tayo ng mga batugang PCCI Directors na mga MAGNANAKAW sa kabang pera ng PCCI. Ang inyong munting P260 per Puppy Registration Fee, ang suma tutal po nyan ay P34 MILLION a year!!! Kaya magsi Hinay Hinay po tayo sa pagpapaYAMAN sa mga PCCI Directors, itoy kanilang binubulsa!!!
